Diplomat and Board Certified in Anesthesiology in 1992 by the American Board of Anesthesiology and again in 1996 with Subspecialty Certification in Pain Management. Diplomat and Board Certified in Pain Medicine in 1995 by the American Board of Pain Medicine.
